Professional Software Installation

The successful installation of a software application does not happen by accident.  It requires a thorough understanding of the Customers environment, standards and security requirements. We take a methodical planned approach to all software application software installations and ask many questions before we start the project.  We assign a project manager or Senior lead support representative to each account once the Customer has selected the application software application for us to provide.  This manager or representative sees the installation and training through from inception to customer acceptance.
