The successful installation of a software application does not happen by accident.  It requires a thorough understanding of the Customers environment, standards and security requirements. We take a methodical planned approach to all Voice Recognition installations and ask many questions before we start the project.  We assign a project manager or Senior lead support representative to each account once the Customer has selected the Voice Recognition application for us to provide.  This manager or representative sees the installation and training through from inception to customer acceptance.

 

This is an approach that works well and has proven successful for dozens of installations each year of our twenty years in business.
