fee you can add a dedicated analog dictate station with or without bar code capabilities. With this dedicated station, your user will have full dictation control in the palm of their hand.

Another option for those professionals needing to "walk and talk" during documentation is using digital portable dictation devices from Olympus and Philips. The digital portable gives your Professionals the ultimate in dictation freedom. You could also offer the computer literate Professionals the ability to use their Microsoft® Pocket PC (portable digital assistant)to dictate their work directly onto that unit.

A third option is to offer your Professional the ability to dictate direct into his or her personal computer by adding software and either a hand microphone, headset or hands free set up with a foot control. This is the highest quality for voice

DigiPlayer-IP - with this option your transcriptionist will connect with the VoiceBridge Servers via a VPN (virtual private network) with a broadband connection. Once connected, the Player software will stream the voice dictation to the Transcriptionist for real time play back with full control and without tonal distortion normally associated with playback faster or slower than normal The Transcriptionist may also see a list of jobs pending (user configurable) to better plan their productive shift.

DigiConsole - with DigiConsole, you will be able to add Transcriptionists, delete Transcriptionists, assign dictation, reassign dictations, route priorities and perform other work flow tasks as they arise. This Console software allows you to run unlimited queries to find the answers of the demands placed on you by your Professionals needs and priorities.

Reports:

If desired the VoiceBridge system provides you and your Professional extensive management reports in summary or detailed format even including graphs for better comprehension. Also included in the system are extensive activity logs to aid in trouble shooting should you or your Professional experience a problem during the dictation or transcription process.
